I've had a xanga post for a long time, but xanga started to lose its appeal. I still had the desire to blog, but I lost interest in my last blog because my readers also stopped using xanga.
I just started a new job which I've really been liking so far. I've been working about 3 weeks and its been good. The only drawback is that I have to drive about 40 miles each way, which really drains the gas.
Speaking of gas, I heard that it just hit $6 in Florida and will be $4 dollars around here this weekend. It actually jumped about 30c just this weekend. With my long drive, I have had to budget about $200 a month for gas. That is kind of rough, but it will be ok once gas drops below $3.40 again.
